*Emergencies where calls are received between 6.30pm - 7.45pm Monday - Friday and are required to be seen by us that evening, will be subject to emergency fees. Calls after 7.45pm on these days will be transferred to Vets Now, Witham.
Emergency charges will also apply for appointments on Saturdays between 12pm - 5pm, Sundays and Bank Holidays between 8am - 5pm, when we have a vet on duty for emergencies only.
At all other times, calls will be forwarded to Vets Now, Witham.
